About me…
Hi, I'm Martina Gonzalez, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely heard.
I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing the effects of trauma, anxiety, stress, emotional difficulties, and life transitions. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and personalized, recognizing that every person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique.
In addition to individual therapy, I enjoy working with adolescents and families to strengthen communication, build healthier relationships, and create a more supportive home environment. I believe that when families learn to understand one another with empathy and respect, meaningful and lasting change becomes possible.
As a bilingual therapist (English & Spanish), I am committed to providing culturally responsive care and making mental health services accessible to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Whether you are seeking support for yourself, your teenager, or your family, my goal is to help you develop the tools, resilience, and confidence needed to move toward healing and lasting emotional well-being.
Seeking therapy is a courageous first step, and I would be honored to support you on your journey toward growth, healing, and healthier relationships.
